Amery) has decided that *t is impossible to impose restrictions on the impending auction of ex-German properties in the Cameroons. It is pointed out that the Colonial Office is acting on behalf of the custodians of enemy property, and the proceeds from thf sale will increase the total receivable by British claimants against Germany.
