RECOR D ENTRIES
The entries received for next week’s show aggregate 1594, which constitute* a r< re 9° rd - Last year the' rich C.G.R. Stakes and North Island Ayrshire olitampionship swelled the volume of entries, and it is most satisfactory to note that without the extra assistance these competitions gave that particular year the association is progressing and able to put up a record number of entries for this show. ■ The entries in the various sections are .as follows:—Cattle 344, horses 384, sheep 93, pigs 80, cow judging competition 10, dog trial 7, home industries 676; total 1594.
