NEW ZEALAND ADMINISTRATION. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. GENEVA, Oct. 27. An examination of the New Zealand report on the administration of Western . Samoa has been concluded to the 'satisfaction of the permanent Mandates Commission. Sir James Allen (New Zealand High Commissioner) said the report went through in one sitting without difficulty. He was able to furnish all the desired information.
