CONTINUE IN MELBOURNE. TWO CASES REPORTED. BY CABLE--PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received Oet. 17, 11.35 a.m MELBOURNE. Oet. 17. Armed hold-ups continue to occur in the suburbs. Henry Reid was walking home at 10.30 at night at St. Kilda when he wa s stopped by two masked men and ordered to put his hands up. Reid pushetb the first man and ran down a. laue. The second man fired a shot, which missed. The men did not pursue him. Another case occurred at Caulfield. William Sleeman was confronted by two men, one of whom fired a shot into the ground and then robbed hirn.
