Ihe steamer Orari, which arrived Horn England last night, encountered a hurricane on August 24 and hove to Ibr 18 hours. The ladders and all the rails in the forecastle had washed away, the lifeboats got adrift on the deck, cne being stove in, all the storerooms and forecastle were flooded, and number one hatch was stove in. Temporary repairs were effected at great risk, the vessel, having a list to oort of seven degrees.
