A dozen out of twenty settlers at one group . settlement struck against alleged bullying and the abusive character of the group foreman, and have arriyed in Perth with their wives and children. Most of them are almost penniless, depending on .-the Salvation Army for food, and shelter. The railway : department is holding their luggage as security for freight. They are endeavouring to place a case before the Minister of Lands K and insist on the foreman’s removal before they will return to the settlement,—r Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
