(BY TELEGRAPH -PRESS ASSOCIATION.) GISBORNE, Sept. 18. At the Tekaraka Police Court the magistrate (Mr. Levvey) fined a Maori named Wareta. Winiata £lO aud costs for moving two horses from a cattle tick infested area into a clean area, without haying the animals dipped and obtaining a permit.
