PALMERSTON N., Sent, 13. i At the inquest- concerning -the -death of John KerinVh Bannerman, aged 7 years, who dieil from injuries received frorn a fall from a chute in the children’s pi. Tying -area a.t the Terrace End Park, a verdict of death from fracture of the skull caused iby falling off the chute was returned. The coroner said that lie had inspected the chute, and was of the opinion that it was not safe for children to use. He thought that the authorities should remove it or place a responsible person in control.
