, LONDON, Sept. 9. ' The Rt. Rev. Frederick Molyneux has been appointed assistant. Bishop of Melanesia. He served in Mesopotamia as/ chaplain and was mentioned in despatches. He will sail for New Zealand in June, accompanied by a band of recruits for missionary work.
