The officials denounced both tiie Republican and Democratic parties. The former are charged M'ith having flaunted the desires of Labour in an arrogant manner, and the latter with having flaunted the said desires that evasiveness which is the customary mark of insincerity. Both parties are morally bankrupt and manipulated by machine politicians, who have involved the nation in moral obliquitv and are unashamed of betrayal.
