' VOTE FOR RESEARCH WORK. BY CABLE—PRESa ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Received Aug. 2, 9.55 a.m. SYDNEY, Aug. 2. The Federal Ministry has placed £SOOO on the estimates for the current year for the purpose of research into the cause of cancer. It was decided to appoint a special commission to consider the present system of health legislation and administration; also to enquire into the general public health of the Commonwealth.—Aus.-N.Z.
