CHOLERA IN FLOODED AREAS. HEARTRENDING REPORTS. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Received Julv 30, 11.5 a.m. ' DELHI, July 29. Cholera has broken out in the: vast flooded areas in Southern India. The waters are still rising, and heartrending reports are filtering in from the isolated districts. The floods cut off the Bangalore light supply. The officials in Mysore State and British India are taking active measures to succour the many thousands of homeless who aire on tlie brink of starvation. —Svdnev Sun Cables.
