THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist telegraplied that for the 24 hours from 9 a.m. to-day the indications are for northerly winds, moderate to strong prevailing, and freshening. There is a prospect of lair to cloudy weather. The night will probably lie very cold, with Hosts inland, hut increasing haze and cloudiness shortly. The barometer has a falling tendency. Seas moderate); tides low.
