OLYMPIC TEAMS IN BRUSSELS. LONDON, July 24. The Brussels correspondent of the Australian Press Association says the entire Australian and American swimmers contested in the Brussels baths in the presence of Prince Leopold and a huge crowd. Charlton, swimming leisurely, won the 500 metres in’ 7.23. Beaurepaire was second, and Christie third. Weismuller won the 100 metres unextended in 62sec. Sam Kahanamoku was second, and Henry third. An American girl, Miss Wehselau, won the 50 metres in 31 2-ssec, an unofficial world’s record.
