OLYMPIC ROAD RACES. PARIS, July 23. The Olympic road cycling race of 188 kilometres was contested by 72 competitors, and was won by Blanchenet (France) in (ihrs 20min 40sec. Hoovenaers (Belgium) was second, and Ramsden (Australia) third. The result of the Olympic team cycling road race over a course of 117-1 miles was: France (time 1170 min Msec) 1, Belgium (1186 min 54 2-osec) 2, Sweden (1199 mm 4lsec) 3. Next came' Switzerland, Italy, Britain, Luxembourg, Jugo-Slavia, Czeeho-Slovakia, Egypt, Finland and) Poland.
