At'STRALASIAN MARKETS. Br CABLE—PBESS ASSOCIATION—COPTBIGET Received July 17, 12.55 p.m LONDON, July 16. Air Jones (Melbourne) submitted a paper to the Advertising Convention on Australia and New Zealand as markets for export trade. He pointed out that Britain should learn from the other nations the art of meeting the requirements of overseas buyers, notably for motor-cars, in which line the American type was better adapted to Australian and New Zealand, conditions. He emphasised the wisdom of direct commercial representation, and also gave useful hints on how to gain the: best results of advertising in the two Dominions, —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
