MISAPPROPRIATION. (BV TELEGPAPF —PREflo ASSOCIATION ) CARTERTON, July 15. Ernest E. Macfadgean, at the Magistrate’s Court yesterday, pleaded guilty to a charge of misappropriation of moneys belonging to his employer, amounting- to over £3O, and was ‘ remanded to the Supreme Court, Wellingtno, on Saturday for sentence. Bail was allowed the accused, self £2OO and one surety of £2OO.
