TRIP TO ENGLAND. ADDITIONS TO PARTY. (BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) ‘ WELLINGTON, June 15. \\ hen the New Zealand team leaves for England it will be accompanied by a number of enthusiasts, among whom will be some who have been prominent ill tke game, either as players or as off IClcl Is. It- is -understood that H. E. Nieholls, whose omission from the list of selected players came as a surprise, contemplates making the trip to England, though it- may not be as a member of the official party, as the New Zealand Rugby Union lias not yet received an application on his behalf. Those who travel with the team must receive the permission of the New Zealand Union, but as the complete party, including the players, will not exceed forty, there will iio- doubt be many other New Zealanders who will travel to Eliglana to see Clio All Blacks in action. Applications to travel with the team have been considerably in excess of the number tor which permission can be granted. Local enthusiasts who will travel with the team are Air L. Simpson, well known throughout the Dominion as a referee, and Mr H. Alurphy, a member of the management committee' of the AVeilington Rugby Union. Air W- Dustin, who was a prominent footballer in the Wanganui and Manawatu districts for a considerable time, is also making the trip. The appointment of a delegate to the Imperial Conference, to be held in London about the end of the year has not been made by the New Zealand Rugby Union. Alr_V. Aleredith, of Auckland, is available to'act on behalf of the New Zealand Rugby Union in this capacity. Others reported to he available for the position of delegate include Afessrs S. Wilson (Canterbury) and H. Harris (Otago). Remits from New Zealand to the conference are to lie drawn up shoi^,ly.
