Syixvey, Dec. 20. The Marine Board inipiirg into the •wreck of the steamer Fitzroy found that it was caused by the wrongful act of the captain, Grahi, in setting the course upon which the vessel was wrecked, and by default of the second officer, James, in allowing the vessel to run into danger when such danger was visible with the weather then prevailing. Both are called upon to show cause why their certificates should not be dealt with.
