The Champion Club Swinger.
Auckland, Thursday. Among the passengers by the Anglian from Sydney this morning was T. 13. Bax, the champion club swinger, who is returning from his contest with Giifliths, of Newcastle. The match was brought to a conclusion at midnight on December 4th. aud was declared a draw, the men having swung the clubs continuously for -10 hours. Bax is accompanied by his manager, H. F. Johnston, and they will proceed from here to their homes at Wairoa, Hawke's Bay.
