LATER PARTICULARS. (Per Press Association.—Copyright.) Sydney, Dec. 11. A heavy sea was running when the Fitzroy grounded. The passengers and crew remainded on board till daylight, and were brought ashore in boats, some in their nightdresses. The passengers behaved splendidly. The steamer lies broadside on with a heavy list to starboard. There is every probability she will become a total wreck. The ill-fated Fitzroy was under the command of Captain Grahi. She left Sydney on Friday night for Brisbane. The weather was very dirty.
