Captain Edwin wired this afternoon Wind between north and west and south-west at all places during next 12 hours, bat changing after that time to between north-east and north and west at all places southward of Napier and Wanganui. Barometer further rise at all places but falling again soon everywhere southward of Napier and Wanganui. Northerly gales and probably with rain are to be expected at all places south of Napier and Cape Egmont after from 12 to 20 hours.
