(Per Press Association. —(.'o/ii/viij/it.) Sydney, This day. Iu the. Legislative Assembly, the Right Hon. Mr Reid stated that in consequence of the recent adverse decision the Government had refunded over £48,000 of income tax, and there was a considerable amount still to be refunded. The Legislative Council read a third time and passed f he Land and Income Tax Validating Bill.
