W'ilford, a claim for the return of £33 paid to defendant as honorarium during the time he was a member of the Lower House. This is the first suit of the kind. Mr Wilford contends that he is not only entitled to retain the money but to be paid £2O a month up to the time the Judge's report is presented to the House.
