DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS SUSPENDED. ( Per Press Association. —i'jht.) Vienna, August 12. Owing to M. Stoiloii", the Bulgarian Premier, not having apologised for the reflections cast upon Count Golucbowski, the Austro-Hnngarian Minister for Foreign Affairs, in connection with the murder of Anna Simon, Baron Ruroback Rosenburg, the Austro-llungarian Minister of Sofia, has taken indefinite leave, and diplomatic relations between the two countries have therefore been suspended.
