THE STATES AND HAWAII.
THE JAPANESE REPLY. RUPTURE OF DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS PROBABLE. (Per Press Assoviation. —Cvpyriijht.) Washington, July 27. Renter's correspondent at Washington states that the Japanese reply to America indicates a diplomatic war, if not something more serious, if Hawaii is annexed by America.
