A YOUNG MAN COMMITTED FOR TRIAL. [By Telegraph.] (Per Press Association.) Wellington, This day, F. W. Crawford, a young man, cook at the Royal Hotel, has been committed for trial for sending a letter to Maria Cullen threatening to kill her. He said he would follow in Boshar's footsteps, and as the S.M. consarered the woman in fear of her life he refused bail. Cullen, who is a married woman, had been living with Crawford, bnt she left him in consequence of illtreatment and the prisoner's action was the outcome of anger at her refusal to return to him.
