The Acting - Premier received the following cable from Mr Seddon: — " Sworn in Privy Councillor at Windsor on Wednesday; person aly presented address from Parliament New Zealand. Her Majesty sends thanks to Legislative Council and House of Representatives. Mrs Seddon personally presented Women's address, for which Queen sends thanks." Auckland, This day. Sir Maurice O'Rorke has received the following cablegram :—London, Bth. Personally presented the Address of Parliament at Windsor. Her Majesty graciously received it, and heartily thanks the House.—Seddon.
