♦ ( Per Press Association.—Copyright.) London, June 24. The training ship Sea Lark, about whose safety serious fears were entertained, has arrived safely at Spithead. The Admiralty has accepted the offer of Dr. H, C. Lunn, editor of the Periodical Travel, to provide a ship and travelling expenses free for the colonial troops to witness the naval review at Spithead on Saturday. Lord Rosemead is seriously ill. In the House of Commons the Hon. G. N. Curzon stated that British rights to Hawaii would be fully maintained. It is rumored that the West African chief Samory has been poisoned, and his son has succeeded him. The latter is favorable to the British. In the House of Commons the Right Hon. J. Chamberlain stated that parleying was proceeding with the Australian Governments with reference to the administration of the Solomon Islands.
