Meagre information from an influential London authority with reference to Mr E. T. Hooley's proposal to amalgamate the Australian and New Zealand meat freezingcompanies points to the fact that his oiler wili be on a full cash basis. It is also stated that the meat companies' deal is not the only Australian industry that Mr Hooley has an eye upon. The amount received for tbe Queen's Memorial Hospital exceeds £1:>,000.
