(Per "Press Association —Copyright). Loxdox, June 10. The Queensland troops who take part in the record reign celebrations have arrived. The Pope has sent a letter to the Queen congratulating her upon her Jubilee, and enclosing a richly jewelled gold casket as a present. The New Zealand contingent of 54 mounted riflemen arrived at Plymouth by the Ruahine to-day. Mr Whitelaw Riid, United State 3 Jubilee envoy, has reached London. Ferdinand, King of Bulgaria, attends the Jubilee. Hobabt, This day. The Government has decided to release a number of prisoners on the day preceding the Jubilee.
