BULGARIA REFUSES TIIE SULTAN'S ORDERS. WONDERFUL DISCIPLINE OF THE TURKISH SOLDIERS. Atiif.xs, April 21. The Greeks have occupied Karyua, between Platamona and Elassona. The Greek squadron has bombarded Hagios and Saranta on the Algaen Gulf, and burned large quantities cf stores intended for Epirus. Ten thousand Albanians Inn e joined the Turks. Bulgaria has declined the Porte's order to break diplomatic relations with Greece. Constantinople, April 21. It now transpires that Ed hem Pasha has not been recalled. Osman's presence at the front saves the delay of appealing to Constantinople for directions. The discipline of the Turkish troops is excellent, and they have committed no outrages. They are making a military road to Maluna Pass. The prisoners captured by the Turks are treated kindly.
