The New York correspondent of the Daily News states that Mr Olney has decided to leave the question of America's attitude towards the Cuban rebels to the Mc-Kinley Cabinet. Madrid, Jan. 21. The Premier is chagrined .at the failure of the Spanish troops to quell the revolt in Cuba, and has threatened to resign unless General Weyler, the Spanish Commander in Cuba, crushes the rebellion before the commencement of the rainv season.
