It is probabiy that Mr W. W. Fuller, the United States Chief Justice, will be selected. It is expected that Mr 1). J. Brewer, one of the Judges of the Supreme Court of the United States, will be the other arbitrator. Mr Oliit-y savs the terms of the Arbitration Treaty will cover the dispute which has arisen over the Nicaraguan Canal.
