THE GLENBROOK MURDERS.
THE FINDING OF THE BODY. A SIMILAR CASE TO THE • OTHERS. (I'cr Press Assmintioil. —( 'ojii/fii/ht.) Sydney, Jan. 21. Lesagh's body was accidentally discovered by a man hunting bees. The spot is located in rough, dense scrub, and close to a private road. Excepting the coat the body was fully clothed and jammed in a hole in a kneeling position, similar to the manner of Weller's body. The unfortunate man liad evidently been shot from behind. The body was terribly decomposed, and was only recognised by the clothing. This day. There is some doubt as to whether the body found yesterday is that of Lesagh or Burgess, both of whom disappeared about the same time. Butler cannot be charged with the murder of the latest victim, as under the extradition law he can only be charged with the crime for which extradition has been granted.
