[By Telegiiai'h] (Per Press Association.) Dune nix, This day. The criminial sittings opened this morning. Judge W T illiams in his charge was brief, none of the cases calling for remarks. Herbert Williamson, who pleaded guilty to forgery, was placed on probation for twelve months and during that time to pay Is a week towards the expenses of the prosecution. The following lads were also admitted to probation for twelve months : William Williams, stealing from a dwelling; Alexander Clydeville and Ueorge Blagdon for forgery.
