A DYNAMITE CONSPIRACY.
THREE MEN ARRESTED. more dynamiters being SHADOWED. EURTHER ARRESTS AT ROTTERDAM. London, Sept. 11. An English detective arrested Tynan, who was connected with the Phft-nix Park tragedy, in a hotel at Bologne, on a charge of making bombs for use in England. He admitted his identity, and expressed great susprise at being traced. Incriminating documents and a large quantity of money were found in his luggage. A man named Bell has been arrested at Glasgow and one named Wallace at Rotterdam on suspicion ofj connection with a dynamite conspiracy. They are believed to be associates of Tynan. Later. Two Irish Americans who recently arfivecl at Antwerp were shadowed by the English ollicers, and on discovering this they suddenly lied. On their residence being searched a complete laboratory for making bombs and other explosives was unearthed. Another arrest has been made at Rotterdam of a man who is alleged to be connected with Tynan. Incriminating letters were found in his possession.
