A conference of representatives of th» 'Cycling Leagues of New South South Aostralia, and Victoria di ;ided to limit the championship rac to one, five, and ten miles annually, one to be run in each colony. Only the accredited representatives of the contracting leagues are to be allowed to compete, and no pacing by multi-cycles will be allowed in championship events. Sydney, July 20.
