SPAIN'S POSITION.
REINFORCEMENTS FOR CUBA. ANARCHISTS ARRESTED. Madrid, June 25. The sympathetic attitude of the United States towards the Cuban revolutionists has detenaed the Spanish Governmant to send 100,000 more men into Cuba by next January. A number of bomb outrages have occurred recently, and as a result two anarchists have been arrested in Havannah on suspicion of being connected with the same.
