The sympathetic attitude of the United States towards the Cuban revolutionists has detenaed the Spanish Governmant to send 100,000 more men into Cuba by next January. A number of bomb outrages have occurred recently, and as a result two anarchists have been arrested in Havannah on suspicion of being connected with the same.
