SYI'NFV. .Thro G. The police made 110 >[M.eial effort to identity Kirhy. The man arrested answered the full description cabled by the police, and admitted he was Kirby. The police hold him accordingly, and are quite satisfied he is the riylit man. Mr Williamson, solicitor, who is appearing for Kirby, in conversation with a Press Association representative also admitted there was not the slightest doubt about Kirby's identity.
