MINERS ACCEPTING PRO TOSALS.

The Wallsend Boreham miners have carried a resolution in favor of accepting the owners' conference proposals, and rejected an amendment asking for an increase in the price of the hewing rate, as they consider there was no chance of the owners conceding the latter in the present state of trade.
