T K -• and Direct Veto were associated in a two-mile spin. Midas and Forty Winks were sent a mile and a half at threc-quarter pace. Glengarry and Scrap Iron 11. were sent a fast mile, the former having the best of it all the way. Mars and Dauntless were associated in a two-mile steady go. Capon llouire and Tomoarangi were put over the fences together. The former refused the jump in front of the stand, but his companion took to the kindly. Musketeer was paced over a couple of circuits.

Sheet Lightning and Lotion were given gentle exercise. It is announced that Steel All. the dam of Steel King, is dead.
