London, November 18. Aiderman Sir William McArthur, died suddenly io- a - . Sir W l ia u McArthur’s last public act was to presile at a dinner given lo the 'unemploye 1. He was running to catch a train at th Praed street station, and this it is believed to have hastened death from heart disease.
