PALL MALL GAZETTE INCITING MOB. THE MOB DIBPEBSED. ATTEMPT TO RE-OBGANIZE ANOTHEB DEMONSTRATION. MILITARY CALLED OUT. London, November 12. The Pall Mall Gazette iu an article incites the populace to hold a meeting in Trafalgar Sqnare on Sunday in defiance of the proclamation of the Chief Commissioner of Police. London, November 18. A large number of the Radical societies attempted to hold a meeting in Trafalgar square this morning, notwithstanding the proclamation itsued by Sir Charles warren prohibiting meetings. The police had everything prepared so as to disperse the mob, and though the crowd destroyed the railings of the square, they were with comparative ease dispersed. In the afternoon another demonstration wag made, and it assumed such a serious aspect that the authortities thought it wise to call out a body of Horn Guards to re-inforce the police. Severa arrests were made.

London, November 18, Mr Matthews, Home Secretary, hue informed a deputation of ratepayerg that Trafalgar square is Crown property, and the Square will be closed entirely if necessary. The Pall Mall Gazette has further articles violently inciting mobs to assemble in thousands and march to Trafalgar square. Sir Charles Warren has forbidden all processions to Trafalgar square on Sundays. The Home Secretary has assured the residents of Trafalgar square that the authorities will continue to prohibit meetings of the unemployed in the Square.
