SELLING MOBILISATION PLANS. GREAT CORRUPTION, Pws, October 12. General Caffard, Assist, Seeretarj' of French War Office, has been arrested for selling decorations j also suspected of haying disposed of mobilisation plans. The scandal re War Office is growing owing to several fresh arrests being made, showing great corruption among officials holding high positions ia the War Office.
