Taub iso*. July 28rd. A fire took place yesterday evening in a building stored with sulphur from White Island, the property of Mr Wilson, Judge ol the Native Land Court. The .flrq was promptly suppressed. Its origin is unknown, Gold end silver have been proved to exist in a Urge reef in th# Te Puke district, and a teat is being made as to whether th# net will prove payable.
