New Yobs, July 28. Maxwell the St Louis murderer has been reprieved. GENERAL BOULANGER. London, July 25, General Boulanger has been reported to have declared that the Royalists on two occasions tempted him to take part in an attempt to overthrow the French Republic. PARNELL STILL CONFIDENT. London, July 23. A number of Radical members have entertained the Parnellites at a Banquet. In his speech Mr Parnell predicted an early collapse of the Government. THE BULGARIAN THRONE. It is feared in Bulgaria that Prince Ferdinand’s unpopularity with the army and the peasantry will cause a reaction in favour of Russia. STANLEY'S DEATH. REPORT STILL UNCONTRADICTED. London, July 23. No further news has been received relative to the reported death of Mr H. M. Stanley. Doubt prevails in well-informed quarters as to the reliability of the report.
