Dynamite Outrages.

London, June 31, News received from official sources in London leaves no doubt that the dynamite faction have arranged outrages for Jubilee week. The authorities profess to have full knowledge of the conspiracy to be acquanted with the names of those engaged in it, a,nd are confident that it will be defeated. For months the movement has been suspected, and the prominent plotters abroad and their probable accomplices in England have been carefully noted and reported at head quarters. During the same period the chief ports of 'the United Kingdom have been watched with a view to the arrest of suspected persons without previous notice. The movements of Patrick Casey, who is at present in Paris, and on whose passport Dhuleep Singh recently travelled to Russia, is being closely watched by special detectives. The actions of others who are supposed to be more dangerous conspirators than the Casey gang, are also being attentively observed. The plotters in Paris are represented as actively preparing a terrible Jubilee demonstration. Recently O’Dono. van Rossa complained to the New York police of the constant shadowing to which he was subjected by Scotland Yard. He ridicules the fear that the more dangerous plotters are in New York, and says there are those elsewhere who require the attention of the authorities.
