London, June 15. Mr Bestics has proceeded to form a new Servian Ministry. A panic on the American ooffee market has taken place, two large failures are reported. The s.s. Jumna, from Brisbane to London, has arrived at Aden. A fire broke out in her hold, and lasted three days. Her cargo is much damaged. H.M.S. Stork is being equipped as a survey vessel for the Australian station. The tunnel underneath the river Severn, between England and South Wales, has been opened. A company has been floated to take the businese of Messrs McEwan & Co., Australia, to the extent of £150,000, and debentures to a similar amount have been subscribed fivefold.
