Soviet Filling Nazi Prison Camps with Opponents

BERLIN, Nov. 11 The American-licensed Berlin newspaper, Der Tagesspiegel says that the Soviet concentration camp at Buchenwald, which had been halfemptied in August after the Soviet amnesty, is being filled again. The ’ newspaper alleges that 15 trains filled with political opponents of the Soviet have arrived at the camp since September 14.
